Parisian cell video games printed Voodoo has acquired Tel Aviv-based cross-channel advertising automation platform Bidshake. Bidshake will stay an impartial entity and function independently, whereas the financials of the deal weren’t disclosed.
Based in 2019 and launched in 2020, Bidshake offers a one-stop advertising automation resolution for video games publishers to accumulate customers and finally monetise. The agency combines knowledge aggregation and analytics with marketing campaign and artistic administration and offers entrepreneurs with real-time knowledge to drive the decision-making course of.
The 2 companies have a standing relationship and the acquisition merely formalises issues.
